We insist that our strategies must be simple and understandable. Every client must be able to say “Yes, I can see how this is going to make a difference, let’s do that”.  The really marvelous thing about working like this is the resilience it gives you because obstacles will turn up along the way.

When you feel frustrated, it’s a matter of coming back to the MUTUALLY AGREED STRATEGY. If changes need to be made, we will make them. However quite often what is needed is just to persevere and have the confidence to see things through. Sometimes matters end up in court, but by being well prepared we generally do not have to go that far. We cannot emphasise enough the message about being ‘well prepared’. We find, time and again, when you carefully consider and research your strategy, you will have the confidence to stand your ground and get the result you are after.
